It is very easy to create a product return request. You may register your return request by sending an email with the Order No. at : support@medilinemart.com

Please see below the steps to create RMA (Return Management Authorization) request :
(1) Go to Return Request from My Account section.
(2) Fill up the Product Return Form with complete details and click on Submit
(3) After reviewing your return request (subject to our return & refund policy), we will inform you the procedure to return the product back to us.
