You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order shipped" state but an order cannot be cancelled if it is already shipped. You can cancel an order by doing following steps :

1. Go to 'My Account' option

2. Then choose 'Orders History' option

3. Find the Order Number you want to cancel here and press 'Cancel Order' button (Red Color)

You can also cancel an order by sending us an email on : support@medilinemart.com to us with the order number.
